HSEQ/CSR Overview

Incentra SA shall maintain a position as a leading and credible purchasing association providing quality products and services from quality suppliers to our owners/members. To achieve this it is essential that we meet or exceed our owners’ requirements.

It is our objective to secure agreements with suppliers that have high quality in their products, services and operations. Incentra shall perform our activities and administration by professional, fair and commercial interaction focusing on favorable terms and quality/standards.


Incentra Suppliers must comply with Incentra’s standards within Health, Safety and Environment and Quality of operation, including meeting our supplier code of conduct.

Incentra performs prequalification and audits of all suppliers to secure that these quality standards are met.

Incentra aim to secure supplier quality and performance through established standards and using tools like prequalification, HSEQ audits, business reviews, contract management and supplier evaluation.
